Rewire explores bias as a universal human behaviour, and provides a framework for managing it in our relationships. Deep down we all hold biases for or against different types of people, particularly those who are not like us. Socialisation instils bias through culture, the media and circumstance, and no one is immune. This book explores the psychology behind our thoughts and actions, and why some people experience bias more than others.
